We want your experience using Symphony to be as enjoyable and worthwhile as ours. Let's all keep the future of Symphony looking bright by following the rules.
Symphony Terms of Use
- Any use of Symphony is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages or loss of data incurred by installing or using Symphony.
- We store basic information about all Symphony users, such as name, email address, country and the URL of any websites running on Symphony. This is so that we can identify you when providing support, and also because we'd like to know how many people are using Symphony. We respect your privacy, so we'll never share this information.
- While Symphony is free for anyone to use, it remains the intellectual property of Twentyone Degrees. Twentyone Degrees retains ownership of Symphony's code and identity, so reproduction in part or whole is forbidden.
- We are constantly making improvements to Symphony. Sometimes these improvements mean we have to change existing features in ways that become incompatible with old versions. We anticipate that these cases will be very rare, and besides there's nothing stopping you from choosing not to update. If we ever make such a drastic change to Symphony, rest assured that we'll give you ample warning and time to prepare, and provide as much assistance as we can to help you migrate from the old version to the new one.
- Please be polite and respectful to all other Symphony users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we find involved in harmful or malicious activities towards the company or customers either directly or indirectly.
- The above terms also apply to all Campfire services unless otherwise stated.
